Its a loose project at the minute so I can upload some concepts. This is work around the project if you know what I mean. Did them yesterday and today.

That's my voice slowed down 300 times

Hiatus over

Back doing dodgy paintings, (to my boss' dismay) after pretty much eight months.
You think with your eyes, so you are easy to fool. Is what jackie chan says.

When I do these I keep images of the process , you know the different stages. When you look back, its amazing when you notice how blind you were. It's crazy sometimes. Especially when its so obvious, you have to laugh at how bad it was. Then you look forward again and you have no idea where your going with it. It's still bad I'm sure, but I can't see it.

Our new intern

Meet Mr Plankton, from the Ulster Wildlife Animation.
He got tired of being in the computer all day,
so we let him out
and it turns out he's pretty good at graphic design.
Although we'll probably eat him before
the end of the week.

I made this today, mainly because my boss wasn't here, sorry Tim.

No adobe CS7

In other words, you can't buy stand alones anymore, just the one whole online package with sub 'apps'.

Its a massive crack down on pirate copies. Which is really bad in a way because it makes it so much less accesible. I don't remember being able to afford £50 a month when I was twelve.
And it's fair to say, I wouldn't have even started at all if I didn't have a pirate copy to mess about on which I may or may not  have had. And actually that may or may not be the case with every creative I know. Anyway, time will tell.

Nah I don't really care about that lets be honest. I'm just grumpy because I'll have to learn something over again and various other reasons.

We bring in far more than we receive

The Arts Council will respond to Maria Miller's demand that it "hammers home the value of culture in in our economy" by revealing that it contributes more to Britain's GDP than it receives in subsidy. A report claims that for every £1 provided, the arts returns is £7.

Thought it was more.

Last life of the Cat

Photos taken in one night. Belfast.

Once upon a time there was a cat who had lived a million lives.
It had various owners over these lives, who he didn't much care for.
In one particular life however, he was a stray. And one day, he met a girl white cat. And they fell in love. Cat love. They spent the rest of their days together. Of course, eventually, they grew old and eventually, the white cat died of old age. The cat cried a million tears and died.
And was never born again.

Everything you need

Me and my father were watching this new show da vinci's demons, yesterday or something. It's really cringy, (well until you get to leonardo's leather jacket.) Although it said something I thought was alright. It went something like
"Florence, has everything you need... The culture, people, atmosphere, hygiene.. " Blah blah
".. And the only thing, it demands of its citizens, is that you be truly

Get me a red bull. You know it though, when your like up but your not really, and then your just doing the routine all zombie. And the other times your up, but you know, your 'really' up and your actually seeing everything, and you want to paint it!
